Daniel-WillisDaniel, a man of faith, is deeply rooted in biblical theology. He believes his faith which emanates from this foundation imbues every part of every day, shaping relationships, conversations, decisions, ethics, morals and values.

He has spent his life giving leadership and developing other leaders especially to bring about significant change that will impact the future of a leader or organisation. Starting his early career in export he has always seen the world as his daily playing field and as a global leader has worked with leaders in over 37 countries.

Through Leading Global Impact Daniel develops leaders who are nation or global change agents. In conjunction with the Lausanne Movement, he is organising 12 Global Consultations over the next 4 years on global issues requiring a truly global Christian response.

He was the CEO of Bible Society NSW from 2001-2010 and was instrumental in bringing together the 7 independent Bible Societies in Australia to form a single, national company. He was the co-founder of the Jesus All About Life Project in Australia, and has developed a number of literacy based projects utilising the Bible as the basis to solve many of the social issues facing people in various countries.

Daniel has lectured at Bible Colleges and Seminaries on both the Old and New Testaments and in particular on the Pastoral Epistles and Revelation.

He serves as the Lausanne Movement's International Deputy Director with specific responsibility for the 30 countries of the South Pacific Region assisting evangelicals to network in their endeavours to work amongst the various people groups of the world. He's particular interested in leadership sees him developing and mentoring young leaders around the world.

Daniel coordinated Australia's National Prayer Breakfast which is an annual event held in the Great Hall of Australia's Parliament House in Canberra and is sponsored by the Parliamentary Christian Fellowship. The 2012 theme was on national leadership.

Holding degrees in business, theology and education, Daniel has served as a director with a number of businesses and Christian organisations. He was a founding Board member and past Chairman of Australia's Christian Heritage Foundation, and is on the Advisory Council of the Australian Christian Lobby and Empart Inc.

Daniel is married to Karen who runs her own catering business. They have 3 married children and five delightful granddaughters.
